I guess my sprained toe is recovering! And I sure didnt know bboying works your lats. Felt it burn during swimming today hoho. There should totally be a 'avoid the people' swimming olympics taking place in public pools seriously, its really difficult to properly swim. Hoho excuses for not swimming much because Ima unfit. Still, first time back at the Katong Pool in 4 years feels good.
